The security of patient and doctor data is our priority
Pursuant to article L. 1110-4 of the French Public Health Code, “any person supported by a health professional, facility, network or any other organisation involved in healthcare has the right to privacy and the confidentiality of information.”
This article refers in particular to conditions of security concerning “the treatment, preservation of information in digital format [personal health data] to ensure confidentiality of patient information” (article L. 1110-4-1).
In accordance with applicable regulations, our messaging service encrypts identification data as well as end-to-end data sharing, in line with the same security protocols as those used in the banking sector: protocol SHA – 256 (bits).
The Team’Doc platform can only be accessed from a computer specified as belonging to a medical facility or a smartphone provided by Team’Doc and used solely for professional purposes. This system is completely secure because, if necessary, Team’Doc has the capability to remotely wipe data and block the phone.
Every user must go through a double authentication and their access is authorised by a certificate generated by the server in accordance with CNIL measures.
User profiles are created by the department head. A single access code is then sent to each user's phone.
Finally, all data (user or patient) is stored by a HSP certified by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the new regulation concerning personal healthcare data storage.
To ensure data protection, Team'Doc has set up a surveillance system.
Real-time indicators are in place to detect and anticipate the slightest cause for concern within the system (any type of attack, malfunction, exceeding capacity etc.)
